Lyliith Return & Refund Policy


At Lyliith, we strive to provide high-quality shapewear products. Due to hygiene and intimate apparel safety reasons, please read our return and refund policy carefully.


Returns


- Returns are accepted only if the product is received damaged, defective, or incorrect.

- Customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and videos showing the issue.

- The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.


Non-Returnable Items


For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:


- Used shapewear

- Products with removed tags

- Products damaged after delivery

- Incorrect size selection made by the customer


Refunds


- Once the returned item is inspected and approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method or provided as store credit, depending on the payment method used.


Damaged or Wrong Product


If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please email or message us within 48 hours of delivery with:


- Order Number

- Photos/Videos of the product

- Description of the issue


After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.


Order Cancellation


Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
